Sara grew up in Worthing and qualified as a Sports Therapist from Chichester College of Arts, Science and Technology in 2002. She enjoyed the course and career opportunities so much that she wanted to further her depth of her knowledge in the area. Continuing her professional development with an undergraduate degree at University College Chichester, Sara embarked on establishing a physical therapy career that has now broadened into complementary services, with the VTCT Baby Massage Instructor being the latest service that Sara has to offer.
Sara played volleyball until 2009 when she decided focus on her running and cycling. She enjoyed many years of playing as part of a team and used her career skills as the England Junior Women’s Sports Therapist in 2005. For a year she maintained the team’s fitness to the highest possible standards both during training and at international tournaments in both Norway and Italy. Nowadays Sara uses her passion for activity for both personal fitness and to raise money for charity events such as her parachute jump from 13,000 ft for Chestnut Tree House and the Cancer Research Race for Life.
